David Holder

David is a Canadian Certified Orthotist.
Before entering the orthotics/prosthetics program, David received his Bachelor of Physical Education at McMaster University.
David became certified as an Orthotist by the Canadian Board of Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists in 2002. He has a strong academic background and is dedicated to improving the care provided to patients.
Since entering the field of orthotics, David has served as the Secretary-Treasurer of CAPO.
Dan Mazur
MRSc, CPO(c)
Dan is a Canadian Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist and holds a Master in Rehabilitation Science.
Dan received his bachelor of kinesiology degree from the University of Winnipeg prior to studying clinical methods in prosthetics and orthotics at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario. He received his certification in prosthetics in 2011 and following a second residency certified in orthotics in 2016. Since joining the profession Dan has served as association secretary, vice-president and president for the Manitoba Orthotics and has also represented Manitoba on the board of the Canadian Association for Prosthetics and Orthotics and Orthotics Prosthetics Canada regional council.
Prior to joining Anderson Orthopedics, Dan spent the past ten years practicing at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children as both a clinician and director of the P&O programs. Dan has extensive experience is pediatric prosthetic and orthotic device design and manufacturing and a keen interest in emerging technologies used for the manufacture of custom prosthetic & orthotic devices. He has experience in the custom design of devices for sport and recreation and is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals and full potential.
Dan is a lifelong learner and strives to be on the cutting edge of technology and best practices related to prosthetic and orthotic service provision. He is currently completing his Master of Rehabilitation Science degree and plans to use this skill set support an evidence based clinical practice and Anderson Orthopedics and advocate for appropriate access to services and technology for all patients treated in Manitoba.
Jacques Swanepoel

Jacques is a Canadian Certified Orthotist.
Before joining Anderson Orthopedics in Winnipeg, Jacques was a CPO and co-owner of an O&P Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Practice in South Africa focusing on Medical Fitness.
Jacques was the academic Head of School for Medical Orthotics & Prosthetics in South Africa where he served on several national and international professional bodies and committees related to ethics, education, prosthetics & orthotics. He holds several academic qualifications and degrees with specialization in pediatrics where he presented academic papers both nationally and internationally.
Jacques became a certified Orthotist in Canada in 2020 and adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team while dedicated to providing the highest level of orthotic care.
Jasmine Martin
MSc, CO(c)
Jasmine is a Canadian Certified Orthotist and holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences.
Jasmine is a board member of Manitoba Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (MOPA).
Jasmine received her education at George Brown College where she attended both the technical and clinical programs. She previously completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, and received her board certification in Orthotics in 2020.
Jasmine has also completed her Master of Rehabilitation Science degree and hopes to use her knowledge to improve her practice. She is committed to providing evidence based care, and exploring new technologies to provide the best possible patient experience and outcomes.
She is looking forward to serving the community of Winnipeg as a certified orthotist.
Mark Holder
Dip. SIM Orthotic Clinical Assistant
Mark is an Orthotic Clinical Assistant.
Mark holds his diploma in Sports Injury Management and specializes in custom knee bracing. Previously he worked as a rep for a prominent knee bracing company and also as an athletic therapist. Mark is trained in fitting a variety of orthotic devices and is passionate about provided high quality patient care. In his spare time Mark loves to golf and he is currently pursuing his re-certification as a Canadian Athletic Therapist.
Kelsey Nolin
Resident Orthotist
Kelsey is a Resident Orthotist at Anderson Orthopedics.
Kelsey is a student board member of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) Canada.
As a recent graduate of the Prosthetics and Orthotics clinical program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (2020), Kelsey is excited to be the newest member of the Anderson Orthopedics team as a Resident Orthotist.
Prior to enrolling at BCIT, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba. Additionally, she is also working towards a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences at McMaster University (2022).
